Receive and test the kit.
When your kit arrives, get familiar with the camera, check the equipment, and try a short recording before your occasion.

Capture your occasion.
Invite your people to take turns filming. Capture the conversations, little details, and everyday moments you want to remember.

Return the equipment.
Return the camera and rental accessories using the included return shipping. Confirm the agreed return date as part of your booking.

Keep your memories.
Receive the deliverables listed in your selected package. Originals packages provide original footage; editing and physical keepsakes depend on the package and selected available extras.

What comes with my camera kit?
Package inclusions are listed on each service page. Choose the kit and rental accessories that fit your occasion.
How long can I keep the camera?
Rental dates must be agreed before booking. Vacation packages include up to seven filming days; family packages cover one agreed rental period, not a full year.
Can I use photos and videos I already have?
Yes. Your photos and videos packages use customer supplied media and do not include camera rental. These services are coming soon.
How do I upload my files?
Secure upload arrangements will be confirmed when the service launches. Uploads are not currently available on this site.
