Rental dates must be agreed before booking. Vacation packages include up to seven filming days; family packages cover one agreed rental period, not a full year.

Yes. Your photos and videos packages use customer supplied media and do not include camera rental. These services are coming soon.

Secure upload arrangements will be confirmed when the service launches. Uploads are not currently available on this site.

No. Originals packages provide original footage. VHS tape and scrapbook creation are not offered as add ons for Originals.

Retro and Modern are the available style previews. Confirm your preference and package scope when making an inquiry.

No. This service transfers your finished digital video onto a physical VHS tape. One tape and a personalized cover are included.

Scrapbook creation is coming soon. Unavailable extras cannot be selected or added to an estimate.

Return shipping is included in the listed rental packages. Dispatch and return dates must be agreed before booking.

Yes. Equipment availability, shipping arrangements, and your required dates need confirmation before a rental is reserved.

Yes. Our upcoming customer supplied media services turn your existing files into films, printed scrapbooks or physical VHS tapes. No camera rental is included. These services are previews and cannot be booked yet.

Only if your chosen package includes a camera kit. Our rentals cover an agreed filming period. Services using your own photos and videos do not include a camera.

We put your finished digital video onto a physical VHS tape with a personalized cover. It is not a tape digitization service. A first tape is already included in the Video to VHS package.

Every package includes a Panasonic HC-VX3 4K camera kit, original footage delivered digitally and round trip shipping. Signature Keepsake includes two kits, subject to inventory confirmation.

We use the Panasonic HC-VX3, also marketed as HC-VX3K. It records in 4K and has a flip out screen.

Yes. Original footage is delivered digitally with every wedding package, whether or not you choose professional editing.

Retro has a nostalgic home movie feeling. Modern is a cleaner contemporary presentation. Both retain the candid, personal moments captured by your loved ones.

Yes. A longer film can be discussed through a custom inquiry. Pricing and scope would need to be agreed separately.

Yes. Round trip shipping is included in each wedding package. Delivery arrangements and return instructions will need to be confirmed for your booking.

The return schedule must be confirmed in your rental agreement. A standard return deadline has not yet been published.
